Frank has been practicing law for nearly three decades, consistently specializing in estate and trust planning and administration. Frank structures complex estate tax and asset protection plans customized to accommodate the unique family circumstances of high-net-worth individuals and business owners. Frank has successfully represented clients before the IRS at both the audit and appeals levels.
Before joining the firm in 2002, Frank founded and managed his own law firm and was partner in multiple prominent New York City firms. Admitted to the New York State Bar in 1988, Frank has served as a member of the Trusts, Estates & Surrogate’s Court Committee and has lectured on a variety of trust and estate topics before the New York City Bar Association as well as the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Frank earned his Juris Doctor (JD) from Brooklyn Law School in 1988, his Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1992, and his bachelor's degree from Binghamton University in 1985. |
